- Docs footer and archived README/CONTRIBUTING now state Apache-2.0; CONTRIBUTING records inbound contributions under the same license. - docs/roadmap.md becomes the active rebuild roadmap: audit gap register with code evidence, target designs (PoP model, anycast DNS with hidden primary and catalog zones, nameserver pairs, defaults-first setup), target setup and daily checks, and Phases 0-10 with completion gates. - AGENTS.md points to the active roadmap.
Every finding names the code that causes it and is ranked by severity (critical, high, medium, low). Phases are ordered by the risk they remove: leaks, outage paths, feature correctness, scale, hardening, setup, cleanup, then real production qualification.
- Rewrite the project skills with discovery front matter, concrete file paths, commands, tests, and the traps found by the code audit; add the cdnf-codebase-map skill and link .claude/skills to .agents/skills. - Register the open-source CodeGraph MCP server in .mcp.json (pinned, telemetry off) and ignore its local index. - Document the tooling and optional Laravel Boost setup. - Roadmap: agent-run browser qualification replaces the manual checklist in Phase 6; agent tooling is no longer a roadmap item.
The audit re-verifies every existing roadmap finding on d4c4fb7 and adds findings A1-A46 with evidence, test and CI gap analysis, and an execution log of the checks that were run. The roadmap now holds A1-A46 in its finding register, assigns each to a phase with updated exit criteria, adds a "Before Phase 1" list for date-bound and disclosure work, corrects stale code references, and moves M11 to Phase 2.
