Read the updated consensus RPC request and response formats, count blocks from complete observed lifecycles, and accept current mempool transaction origins. Directory discovery errors now preserve the active log cursor instead of falling back to older files and replaying counts.

The release also updates Go and networking dependencies for the October security fixes. Parser and replay regressions cover old and current formats, malformed records, exact round identities, lifecycle accounting and discovery recovery.

Validate Rpc and single-field Validator origins from current node logs while preserving boolean origins. Reject unknown variants, malformed addresses, nulls, and duplicate or extra object fields before metric publication.

Validation: focused mempool tests; go test -count=1 -shuffle=on ./...; go test -race -count=1 ./...; go vet ./...; go mod tidy -diff; go mod verify; staticcheck v0.7.0; Linux amd64 build.
Join direct requests through their three observed stages and preserve the five-stage checks for wrapped requests. Count flat block responses, reject malformed or duplicate fields, and preserve exact integer request identities.
