Add pad/repeat/reflect (SVG spreadMethod, Cairo's extend modes) via Extend.apply, replacing the bare math.clamp(t, 0, 1) in the linear and radial solvers; map non-finite offsets to zero, so a collapsed gradient no longer falls out of the stop search with no color.
