Updated handover window, which will show own sector at all times (Will be changed to only show when extending in future)

The handover window displays the parent sector and then all active sections within that sector. i.e OLW will show OLW. If OLW is also extending ASP, then it will show OLW and ASP as two different buttons, allowing the logon code to remain the same, but providing the aircraft with the correct new frequency for the sector change

Stations will only display online if they show up in vatSys list and have CPDLC in their info
Own station will appear in handover list if extending so that you can hand off to new frequency on same logon code
