Folds #2878, #2879 and the brace-expansion advisory into the v1.39.0 section, adds a Security heading, and moves the release date to 2026-10-01. The race detector test budget fragment is internal and left out. Changelog-only update, looks correct.
- All four fragments are accounted for: #2878, #2879, and the brace-expansion advisory are folded in; the race-budget internal fragment is intentionally dropped (noted in PR body). No orphaned changelog.d files remain.
- Security section placement (after Fixed) matches Keep a Changelog spec order.
- Date bumped to 2026-10-01 -- matches today, consistent with CLAUDE.md tagging guidance.
- One minor prose delta: CHANGELOG.md uses 'Import, In your library' where changelog.d/2879-adoption-suggestion-pool.md had 'Import -> In your library'. Doesn't affect release-step parsing; flag if it matters to you.
