GitHub frontend overhaul

• Replace default upstream README with an independent bilingual Russian/English product homepage: Samsung Tizen/Lampa quick start, Bunny URLs, flags, categories, Pluto TV, Adulttest, contributor and upstream attribution.
• Publish 238 documented direct M3U links: 16 featured/specialty lists, 34 category files, 188 official IPTV-org countries with emoji flags.
• Add machine-readable catalog/bunny-playlists.json with per-file publication states strictly distinguishing uploaded/verified from publication unconfirmed. Existing terminal logs and user-provided adulttest JSON report ground statuses; we do not assert the other URLs already exist on Bunny.
• docs/FORK_CHANGELOG.md documents every merged fork PR feat: personal IPTV M3U builder and Bunny CDN publishing (fork-only) #1–9, what changed, evidence and remaining limitations.
• Add docs/PUBLIC_RELEASE.md for the one-command complete upload.

Existing Bunny deployment (no new paid resources)

• tools/publish_public_bunny.py: one hidden API Key prompt, validates existing Storage/Pull zones and refuses to create them, prepares official country M3Us (partial CDN 404 failures reported explicitly instead of blocking successful countries), generates 6 Pluto TV lists and 3 cleaned Lampa/Tizen files from local saved sources; uploads only those, not adulttest or main catalog. Generates local publication report and checks selected CDN paths.
• Local offline test for a missing country 404; separate strict manifest checker verifies URL scheme/host, no secrets, count 238, and exact status/README links. Wire into existing GitHub Actions.

Limitations

• The GitHub catalog is immediately public but upload of unconfirmed Bunny objects cannot happen without owner's Account API Key on their Mac. Never claims 238 working streams, rights or Samsung playback. Pluto uses jmp2.uk, historical Adulttest streams often show paywall/video placeholders. No DRM access bypass, no video hosting.

Validation

CI must pass prior to merge. No user API keys or personal IPTV subscription URLs.
