Remove Adulttest from all current public IPTV surfaces at owner's request. Delete the dedicated generator (
tools/adulttest.py) and its guide, remove Adulttest M3U link from README and catalog anddocs/QIST_PLUTOTV.md, strip its GitHub Actions tests, update changelog to preserve only historical PR #8 context, and adjust machine-readable manifest + validation to 237 M3U paths = 188 countries + 34 categories + 15 featured. Keep the separate legacyadult.m3u, XXX categories and Pluto Erotic FAST unchanged. Tests assert no Adulttest link in README/playlist index.Important: The existing Bunny Storage object
/iptv/adulttest.m3ucannot be remotely deleted through a GitHub commit. It requires a separate DELETE using the owner's Bunny Storage Zone password and a CDN purge; this PR does not claim to have removed that live object or historical commits.
