qist audit
Checked public qist repositories for M3U/HLS. Identified 824-entry
list.m3u, Chinese IPTVtvlive.txt,tvboxtv.txt,zb.txt, and 14,651-entrylivex.m3uwhich is only numberedvod.mycamtv.netlinks and must NOT be imported. qist's 18+ TVBox scripts are mostly VOD parsers, not stable linear IPTV.Pluto TV publication

tools/plutotv_bunny.pyto fetch current ALL/DE public Pluto lists, validate every stream host/format and group, and buildplutotv.m3u(full),plutotv-lite.m3u(<=240, Tizen),plutotv-de.m3u,plutotv-erotic.m3u(German Sinnliche Fantasien),plutotv-us.m3u,plutotv-gb.m3u. Preserves stream logos and categories; one group per channel, no CUB, no media proxy or fake HD claims. Only uploads Pluto files into the existing Bunny Storage/Pull zones, never creates billable resources or overwrites adulttest/adult indexes.--dry-run,--publish-only,--self-testavailable.CI compiles, runs offline tests, then downloads current upstream playlist M3Us and checks counts and safeguards without a Bunny Account API key. Live Bunny upload from user's Mac remains NOT_RUN until owner executes command. Pluto URLs are third-party jmp2.uk, NOT official Pluto direct streams; geo restrictions can remain.
