Adds intel-skills list --json: the catalog as a JSON array (name, kind, repo, commit, license, full description). The default tab-separated output is unchanged.

Evidence

base: vchamarthi/intel-skills main 286055b
command: node bin/intel-skills.mjs list --json | node -e 'JSON.parse(require("fs").readFileSync(0))'
before: exit 1, list --json ignores the flag and prints tab-separated text, so JSON.parse fails ("Unexpected token 'c', "cuda-to-xp"...")
after: exit 0, 33 entries parsed, matching the 33 lines of list; imported entries carry repo, full commit and license; descriptions are not cut at 100 characters

Blast radius

bin/intel-skills.mjs (new branch ahead of the existing list branch, only taken with --json), one new step in the install job of .github/workflows/validate.yml, one README line. Text output of list is untouched, and the existing list | cut -f1 CI loop still works.
