docs: add NodeMaven sponsor (README + GitHub Pages) - #10

README gets a Sponsors section (picture block, light/dark variants). The docs site gets a "Sponsors" nav link that opens a theme-aware, summit-powered modal, on both the landing page and every generated docs page (via build-docs.mjs layout()). Sponsor assets live in docs/assets/sponsors/. Regenerated 88 docs pages with npm run docs; verify:docs passes with 0 directive errors. No npm release: this is docs/Pages only.
