Resolves veraison#39 - Add Marshal/Unmarshal CBOR tests for PSA RefVal ID (32/48/64-byte signer IDs) - Add Marshal/Unmarshal JSON tests for PSA RefVal ID - Add Marshal/Unmarshal CBOR tests for UUID (RFC4122 v1/v4) - Add Marshal/Unmarshal JSON tests for UUID - Add negative tests for invalid inputs - Add round-trip validation tests - Add edge case tests (byte inputs, invalid lengths) All tests passing with comprehensive coverage.
