Summary

The remaining public texts a prospect reads that still contradicted the published pricing and licence model. All three locales, i18n parity kept (476 keys).

  • Tier 2 price in the use-case bodies (cc_pp_body, omnichannel_pp_body): the retired "$30-50k/yr" → the published commercial floor ("from $25,500/yr · 50 licensed agents"). Tier 1 phrased as "for your own operation".
  • Tier 1 features (cpaas_pp_body): no longer promises multi-tenant or agent assist; lists its actual set (clustering, dialer, event store, routing, realtime, AI-assisted typification, CSAT) and says internal use only.
  • FAQ a7 (supply chain): annual Tier 2/Tier 5 licences carry the entitlement (tier, features, licensed agents, expiry), not image digests; the Helm chart pins the api and realtime images by digest; the Kyverno cosign admission policy is optional and off by default. Nothing claims images are "verified" by default.
  • No more WarnOnly (12 mentions and the developer-licence email): there is no enforcement mode. Tier 0.5 is described as internal use with up to 5 licensed agents; expiry as "after a grace period, Pro features such as the dialer, analytics and agent assist switch off until you renew".
  • Comparison matrix: Tier 0.5 Pro features full (was warn); clustering ✓ in Tier 0.5 and Tier 1 (both include it); Tier 5 not shown as hosted (self-host for now).

Left as is, on purpose: the Tier 3/Tier 4 hosted mentions (an open owner decision on how to present them while the managed offering is closed), the supply_chain matrix row, and the developer-licence issuer's feature bits and image digests (separate issuer fix).

Test plan

  • npm run check, npm run lint, npm run test:i18n, npm test (92/92), npm run build, npm run validate:html, validate:digests, coverage floor + patch coverage + exclusion baseline
  • npx playwright test --project=chromium — 107/107 (firefox/webkit run in CI)
  • codeql-branch stamped bc34e26c

…agent model

Tier 2 in the use-case bodies quoted the retired $30-50k/yr; it now quotes the
published commercial floor. Tier 1 no longer promises multi-tenant or agent
assist: the copy lists its actual feature set and says internal use only.
FAQ a7 no longer says the licence embeds image digests: annual Tier 2/5
licences carry the entitlement, the chart pins the api and realtime images by
digest and admission-time cosign verification is optional. WarnOnly is gone
from the copy and the developer-licence email (no enforcement mode exists);
expiry is described with its grace period and the features that switch off.
Matrix: Tier 0.5 Pro features full, clustering in Tier 0.5 and Tier 1, Tier 5
not hosted (self-host for now).
