Summary

• Adds .project-memory/ to .gitignore, next to the other local-only agent paths. The other four repos already carry this line.
• .project-memory/ holds the Claude Code auto-memory notes for this repo. They are machine-local; without the rule, the first note shows up as an untracked file in a public repo, one git add -A away from being committed.
• Part of verbara-meta's project-memory improvements plan (M4). The cockpit's doctor now checks this rule in every repo.
