feat(eve): new /add slash-command

Summary

Adds /add as the unified interactive entry point for discovering and installing registry integrations. It brings registry search, setup selection, and installation guidance into the eve dev TUI, rather than requiring users to find separate channel or connection commands.

The command is wired through the TUI prompt, command typeahead, setup panel, and CLI registry setup path. It also handles the development-server lifecycle needed when setup changes authored sources, and updates the dev-TUI and CLI documentation.

Vercel Connect connection provisioning

This PR introduces integration-connect.ts, the implementation behind the hidden eve integration connect <slug> <service> [canonical-name] command used by trusted registry items after they install a Vercel Connect-backed connection. It is deliberately not a user-facing command: registry setup owns when it runs and supplies the connection metadata.

The helper makes the installed connection usable end-to-end: it verifies that the agent is linked to a Vercel project (or runs the interactive create-or-link flow), provisions or reuses the matching Connect connector, then patches agent/connections/<slug>.ts with the connector UID. If the file cannot be patched after creating a new connector, it deletes that connector so a partial local setup does not leak a remote resource.

This is the foundation for removing the older /channels and /connect experiences in the following PRs.
