feat(eve): add durable MCP agent channel

What this implements

• adds mcpChannel({ auth }) as a stateless MCP endpoint
• serves MCP 2026-07-28 through the official @modelcontextprotocol/server v2 handler
• keeps the SDK v2 stateless fallback for 2025-11-25 Streamable HTTP clients
• reuses existing inbound eve auth strategies directly
• adds generic oauthResource(auth, metadata) discovery policy under eve/channels/auth
• exposes agent_start, agent_get, agent_update, and agent_cancel over one durable task-mode invocation service
• binds every invocation operation to the authenticated principal that created it
• documents the end-user flow, OAuth resource-server boundary, and deferred MCP Tasks adapter

This does not depend on mcp-handler; eve vendors the official server SDK through its compiled dependency pipeline and owns the channel/auth integration.
