Remove a 97-line, unreferenced copy of the channel conflict checks.

Why

A Knip scan flagged packages/eve/src/cli/commands/channel-add-conflicts.ts as unused. Repository search found no imports, path references, package exports, or dynamic command discovery for this module. The canonical implementation lives at packages/eve/src/setup/channel-add-conflicts.ts, where the active channel setup flow imports it and where the implementation has continued to evolve.

Hypothesis

Because CLI commands use explicit imports and nothing references the stale module, deleting it should reduce duplicate code without changing runtime or package behavior.

repeated the focused Knip file scan and confirmed the stale path is absent

Knip still exits nonzero on the unconfigured repository scan because generated Nuxt and SvelteKit config files are absent. Those pre-existing load errors do not involve this module.
