fix(eve): recover from rejected web search includes

OpenAI-compatible Responses endpoints that don't support native web search reject web_search_call.action.sources. eve now removes web_search and retries the model call once instead of ending the turn.

Why

An independent HTTP repro sent the AI SDK's native web-search request to an OpenAI-compatible mock endpoint. The first request included web_search_call.action.sources and received this response:

Invalid value: 'web_search_call.action.sources'. Supported values are: 'reasoning.encrypted_content'.

Before this change, eve classified the error as terminal and made one request. After this change, eve maps the rejected include to web_search, retries without that tool, and returns the successful response after two requests.

This fixes #1451. Thanks to @lucasdoell for identifying the fix direction in #1453.

Approach

Because the recovery path only recognized provider tool type strings, treating known rejected request fields as upstream rejection identifiers should let the existing one-shot recovery handle both error shapes.

• Detect the include only in structured error.message responses where param is include
• Keep malformed-body fallback scoped to a top-level error.message
• Map web_search_call.action.sources to eve's web_search tool
• Cover request echoes, escaped quotes, malformed payloads, and the full retry path

Validation

• 218 focused harness tests pass
• pnpm lint passes
• pnpm typecheck passes
• pnpm guard:invariants passes
• Full unit run: 5,607 passed and 3 unrelated tests hit the 5s timeout; all 44 tests from those files passed on immediate isolated rerun
