Adds a history strip to shade-engine-card: the shade target as a step line over the last graph_hours (default 24, max 48) from the recorder history API (refetched at most every 5 min), drawn over the sun's elevation curve — computed client-side with the simulator's NOAA port (refraction included), clipped to above-horizon, so no recorder data is needed for it. Dashed ticks at local midnights and the 50% line. graph: false hides it.

Smoke-tested the NOAA port for Seattle 2026-08-19: 54.8° at 13:00 PDT, 1.8° at 20:00 (sunset ~20:05), −28.7° at 02:00. node --check passes; no Python changes.

New history strip at the bottom of shade-engine-card: the shade target as
a step line over the last graph_hours (default 24, max 48), fetched from
the recorder history API and refreshed at most every 5 minutes, drawn over
the sun's elevation curve. Elevation is computed client-side with the same
NOAA approximation the simulator uses (refraction included), clipped to
above-horizon, so it needs no recorder data and stays smooth. Local
midnights get dashed ticks. graph: false hides the strip. Version 0.5.0.
