add vicentebolea/vim-cmake-presets (sidebar for CMake presets, :CMakePresets or <F8>)
remove the ad hoc cmake-presets-vim plugin it replaces
remove the classistpp plugin (C++ parent class jump helper)

vim-cmake-presets needs Vim 8.1+ with +python3 and +terminal.
