…/ascii/…) Implements the audit's P0/P1 gaps: - Destructive scope (#8): `delete` now states scope + consequences and requires type-to-confirm ("type delete to confirm") instead of a bare [y/N] — it names the real title, the section/chapter count, the index, and irreversibility. - Crash restoration (#18): the interactive shell is wrapped so the terminal is always restored (cursor shown, SGR reset, alt-screen left) even on a crash; added _restore_terminal(). - Narrow-width guard (#11): below 60×12 the shell prints a "terminal too small" message with the non-interactive alternative instead of rendering broken tables. - Freshness/connection (#9): the status line now shows key state — "key ✓", "no key", or "fake". - Unicode fallback (#14): _ASCII detection (WRITINGAGENT_ASCII or a non-UTF stdout) + a _SYM table so ¶ ● ○ ✓ ⚠ ★ degrade to > [x] [ ] ok ! * ; wired into the welcome, features grid, and project list. Verified already-satisfied: #6 Esc = pause (safe, resumable), #62 `?` opens help, #17 failures resume, #19 CLI equivalents, #13 colour never sole. Test added for the ASCII fallback.
