Description

This PR addresses the feature request to add a Discord community link to the footer social section.
I added the FaDiscord icon from react-icons and included it in the socialLinks array, which ensures it dynamically inherits all existing responsive styling, hover animations, and opens the invite link in a new tab securely.

Closes #1145
