macwhisper-skill

A Claude Code / agent skill for pulling transcripts from the local MacWhisper SQLite database.

Find a recording by a quoted phrase, list recent sessions, fetch a full transcript with timestamps, or export to markdown. Triggers on /macwhisper, "find the recording where I said X", "pull from macwhisper", or when you paste a transcript-style quote and ask where it came from.

Reads ~/Library/Application Support/MacWhisper/Database/main.sqlite in readonly mode using the built-in sqlite3 CLI and MacWhisper's own FTS5 index. No external dependencies. macOS only.

Install

npx skills add vitaligusatinsky/macwhisper-skill -g

Drop -g to install into the current project instead of globally.
