Summary

  • Remove trailing periods from short standalone UI strings that read as punctuation on headings/labels rather than sentences: footer rights line, hero subtitle fallback, skills subtitle fallback (data/ui.ts, data/home.ts, components/Skills.astro).
  • Left untouched: multi-sentence paragraphs (projectsPage.intro, contact description), meta title/description strings, and all DB-sourced content (offer block, project/testimonial data) per the memory note that real site content lives in prod Postgres, not the repo.

Test plan

  • grep over services/frontend/src/{data,components,pages} for trailing-dot short strings, confirmed only paragraphs/meta strings remain.
  • npm run build (astro build) in services/frontend completes successfully.

Footer rights line and hero/skills subtitle fallbacks read like
punctuation-heavy labels rather than sentences; strip the trailing
period to match heading style. Full-sentence paragraphs and meta
strings are left untouched.
