What the card asks for

Goal

Remove the old product name from service-template (report §3.1 P1-b, public repo; the repo is frozen, this is a docs-only visibility fix).

Research report: secretary-instance/state/knowledge/reports/ummanu-12/report.md (section noted below). Owner rules (2026-10-02): change every command, doc and visible text that names the old product secretary; do NOT rewrite git history, dated/historical artifacts or changelogs; the Hermes agent keeps the name "secretary". Replacements: python3 -P -m secretary <verb>/secretary <verb> -> ummanu <verb> (in public repos do not hardcode /home/dev paths; for broad checks say "run the broad check exactly as the Ummanu worker packet prints it"); /home/dev/secretary -> /home/dev/ummanu; secretary-data -> ummanu-data; SECRETARY_* -> UMMANU_*; "secretary board/instance" -> "the Ummanu board / the instance"; github.com/vladmesh/secretary -> github.com/vladmesh/ummanu. secretary-instance (repo/path/project id) stays unchanged for now (pending owner decision D1).

Changes

• AGENTS.md:85-86 "Broad check under Secretary (one canonical form): python3 -m secretary check broad …" -> the Ummanu form, keeping the same --module pytest --module-arg … vector.

Acceptance

• git grep -in secretary on the branch is empty (or every remaining line is listed with a reason). GitHub CI green.

What the worker reports

Done: old product name removed from service-template.

Change (AGENTS.md, Operational Commands):

• "Broad check under Secretary (one canonical form): python3 -m secretary check broad ..." -> "Broad check under Ummanu (one canonical form): ummanu check broad ..." with the identical vector (--reuse --module pytest --module-arg tests/unit --module-arg tests/tooling --module-arg tests/copier --module-arg=-m --module-arg "not slow").
• Added "(run the broad check exactly as the Ummanu worker packet prints it)" per the owner rule for public repos; no /home/dev paths hardcoded.

Acceptance:

• git grep -in secretary on the branch is empty (TASK.md is excluded through .git/info/exclude and is not committed).
• Docs-only change (one Markdown file, no code or tests touched), so no local broad suite was run; validation is left to GitHub CI.
• Commit message carries no co-authorship trailer; git status --porcelain is empty.
