Motivation
fspy_shmwas the workspace's only directrustixconsumer, while the repository already standardizes Unix system calls onnix. Move repository-owned shared-memory and broker calls to safenixAPIs, retaining CLOEXEC guarantees and the Linux glibc 2.17 baseline.
