This task involves adding new children to the system. Once the children login to the system by scanning QR Code he/she becomes active. End points are created to add new children, fetch active children who are logged in In order to test these changes QRCode generation code is added. Once it is integrated with UI, the uploaded QR image is read and request is processed to update children login status
