Building fails for PHP 8.2 because of assembler incompatibility with opcache extension

Building fails for PHP 8.2, because there's [an assembler incompatibility](https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/18743) with the opcache extension. When I base the Docker image [on PHP 8.3](https://github.com/vtardia/phptools/blob/18ef4759e601c9bea8d7e7e4a5cd59772be3f06b/Dockerfile#L3), building succeeds.
