sanitize.sh reduced init events by type, but a tool result can carry a whole raw transcript the host read, and its init event is a string there. The per-event reduction never looks inside it, which is how one MCP server name reached docs/evidence/e-claude-1. A final pass now redacts MCP server entries and mcp__ tool-name prefixes in any form, escaped or not. Checked on a synthetic run with a transcript quoted once and twice: nothing survives, every line stays valid JSON, other content is untouched, and a second run changes nothing. Re-running it over the committed v0.5.0 evidence changes no file. The e-claude-1 README records the one redacted name in its record. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
