#220: preserve qualified edit/recovery evaluation on current shared repair

READY with historical-evidence qualifications at dbd7b6c03a5e46f6497ffbfef089a9d8738dbfd4, tree 8ef7370142f718a6517d409b30584fdd093f482d, on the existing #308 prerequisite ec56694c07d21f277b1c381c18dd54b18fbcf9e3. This is readiness of the stated stacked scope, not a direct merge to main or permission to merge. No head/base change, retarget or merge has occurred.

The independent bounded final #220 evidence admission is complete. It read the actual original issue body and all seven comments, then mapped the explicitly remaining requirements to current proof: meaningful unfiltered final tests, shared owned-descendant completion/cancellation under #252, and independent final review. All are satisfied for the qualified deliverable. No active misleading claim or unmet written predicate was identified. Reports: accept-evaluation-requirements.md/json and the source/evidence ledger under the retained remediation root.

The earlier hold on retrieving every original29-row matrix entry was too strict. That record remains missing, so this admission does not pretend to recover its row IDs, reverify unseen historical raw artifacts or certify its attributed hashes. Its absence is a provenance-confidence limit, not an additional acceptance requirement in the written issue. The original BLOCKED report and its narrower search premises are preserved unchanged as a time-specific record.

The measured findings remain qualified: four failed shell-disabled/no-edit cells are separate from four faithful shell-enabled candidate/Astra successes, one fixed-order observation per cell. Historical reconstruction/control execution is attributed to the retained independent issue audit and generation-qualified findings, not fresh current-main model performance or newly inspected raw trials. No causal guidance benefit, speedup, general success rate, authenticated replay or historical outbound-wire proof is claimed. There is no production guidance or write_file semantics change.

Exact current-source full MSRV/stable gates passed, including862 parent-library tests and1067 top-level passes per toolchain, registered editor-boundary tests, evaluator13checks/examples and genuine extracted-source acceptance. Shared ownership/parity/intended-target source matches accepted #308; its executed completion/failure/timeout/cancellation/owner-death/panic paths preserve unrelated-peer survival. This does not claim hostile-daemon containment or backdate historical cleanup. Independent final admission verified source identity, actual raw local gate logs, archive binding and qualifications rather than using CI alone.

Fresh recheck confirms CI37057935037 remains successful at the exact head:8required passes,0failures/pending,1tag-only publication skip, including Ubuntu/macOS MSRV/stable, advisory fetch and actual release/source. Deliver #308 first only if Andrew authorizes merging. Then reconcile #320's affected actual main target/base/tree and checks before delivery to main, without repeating historical model trials or restarting accepted broad reviews. Other accepted scopes remain #319, #302, #323 and #324; serial-owner overlap checks after base changes still apply. All original branches, failed attempts and source mappings remain preserved.

Original #301 head and all13 unique feature-path mappings are preserved. No historical experiment was repeated.

Retains four candidate/Astra successes, four earlier failed no-edit cells, negative controls and source/model qualifications. These attributed historical outcomes establish neither a causal guidance benefit nor fresh-main model performance. Historical raw acceptance artifacts missing within the permitted workspace remain disclosed.

Current-source Python13/editor-boundary1, examples, intended-target/source binding, MSRV full suite, MSRV/stable denied-warning clippy, root/xtask fmt/tests, quality/compat passed. Independent #194 acceptance covers the unchanged shared prerequisite, not automatic evaluation approval. Exact final stable/full aggregate release/archive/extracted acceptance and final native authenticated read smoke are still active.

Native local final packaging/report and evidence-delivery qualifications remain active. The PR stays stacked on #308; no merge or fresh historical experiment was performed. Review and source/model outcome limits remain in the body/evidence.
