Majors: Quartz 4.6.2 with migration UpgradeQuartzSchemaTo46 (the dispatch runner arms each definition's maximum runtime itself and interrupts its own fire instance, so a timeout still records TimedOut; the job store runs its threads in the background; tests shut down every scheduler they start), msw 3.0.3 (onUnhandledFrame no-network guard), jsdom 30.1.3, @types/node 26. TypeScript 7 stays held. Training lane: torch 2.13.0 / torchvision 0.28.0 on cu129, unsloth 2026.10.11, transformers 5.17.0 (train.py passes the warmup ratio as a float warmup_steps), trl 1.15.0. Closes issue #25. Native pins: llama.cpp b12014, whisper.cpp b5454, stable-diffusion.cpp master-1028-37bc88b (the sd progress parser accepts the ETA suffix; a generating job cancels over HTTP). Inference-profile benchmarks cap every chat stage at 512 output tokens, so a reasoning model at temperature 0 can no longer think until the window is full. Plus every patch and minor bump (TUnit 1.76.45 with Microsoft.Testing.Platform 2.5.2, Scalar 2.18.5 with its curated license, the Sqlite toolkit 13.6.1, Identity.Client 4.92, tools, actions, git-cliff 2.14.2, frontend and Python tooling), regenerated license inventories, docs and four trap proposals. Supersedes Dependabot #101, #102, #103, #124 and #125.
