I'm the chair of the DPVCG, and I'm trying to organise a meeting with only a few members as part of a dedicated work session. However, the calendar only allows me to invite either the whole group or nobody.
- In "show this event to", I specify who should be able to see the event as one of invited and with/without w3c -- this has no effect on other fields
- In "Participants", I try to enter participants names or emails and only the groups are shown. In "Joining", I select only people invited with/without w3c account -- this has no effect on other fields.
Is this a feature only for WGs or some other role like W3C Staff or is this a bug? We would like to record the group's meetings in the calendar for subgroups/select members, and the only other option I can think of is to create the event and then to manually circulate the .ics or calendar event to the relevant people.
