In emails from the calendar system, time zones with multiple words have a backslash before the underscore, for example America/New\_York in this message. Also the meeting time has a space before but not after the hyphen, 11:00 -12:00 which looks a bit sloppy and might be misinterpreted as time zone offset (UTC-12)
