This adjusts the Makefile accordingly. Fix sectioning in HTML spec Bikeshed has become less tolerant about mis-sectioned HTML content. This fixes the offending markup (without attempting to re-indent the content to keep the diff minimal). Merge pull request #252 from w3c/eme-example Adds an example using MediaCapabilitiesKeySystemConfiguration. Merge branch 'main' into pr-186
