Desde el 22–23 oct la Polkadot App (Android/iOS devnet/2026-10-22.1), Desktop 0.1.4 y dev-dot.li hablan TrUAPI 0.25 (códec 3); el códec 1 ya no conecta. Se fijan host 0.28.0, signer 0.17.3 y polkadot-api 3.2.1 (los de @parity/product-sdk 0.39.0). - registry: createSubmitAndWatch y eventos created/inBestBlock - diagnóstico: tx.create en vez de tx.sign (firma sin enviar) - guía para estudiantes (sección 9) y deploy.md con el códec 3 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Con el SDK 0.39 el Host puede mostrar un cuadro para compartir la identidad; 8 s no alcanzaban (Desktop 0.1.4 tardó >10 s) y el error se mostraba como «la cuenta no tiene username». Ahora espera el tiempo de una firma y dice si fue tiempo agotado o un error del Host. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

devnet/2026-10-22.1), Polkadot Desktop 0.1.4 y dev-dot.li pasaron a TrUAPI 0.25 (códec 3). La nota oficial del devnet dice que las apps del protocolo anterior ya no hablan con ellos. Esta app estaba en el códec 1.Qué cambia
