pad 0.22.1 firma la ficha con su worker, nunca con la sesión de `pad login`. `npm run deploy` corre pad con HOME=~/.pad-worker para que el worker siga siendo dueño y cada deploy escriba contenido, ficha y app.<nombre> sin firmas. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
