Updated dependency versions
uglifier will now preserve all comments that start with a bang (!) or include a closure compiler style directive
- don't generate sourcemaps for prod task - only process updated files for dev
- added minification of svg files
- sourcemap will be updated if available - do not indent prefixes
- pngquant: true added again
