Download the Jupyter notebook (.ipynb file) from this Github and upload to your Google Drive, and open the Jupyter notebook in Google Drive, then it will be run in Google Colab
Or directly go to https://colab.research.google.com, then choose the GitHub tab and search the GitHub name "wai-ming-chan", and open the file from the Repository "wai-ming-chan/fed_avg"
