This issue was opened by a deliberate, synthetic test of the armed cleanroom gate's fail-loud mechanism (PR #82: arming registry-cleanroom.yml so it can no longer report green while failing). The workflow was dispatched with --only npm-adk --versions '@wave-av/adk=0.0.1-deliberate-seed-does-not-exist' — a version that will never exist on npm — specifically to prove this issue-creation step fires correctly when exit_code != 0. It is not a real artifact defect; @wave-av/adk's actual published version installs and imports cleanly (see the same run's default-input sibling: https://github.com/wave-av/sdks/actions/runs/33915218556). Closing as not-a-defect.
