my javascript foundation is really weak and i could not find ways to solve it using java. i found a solution using html. the code with my source is really similar but i had to tweak it abit to make the fahrenheit to be the top bar. it was originally degrees and i had to re-arrange the codes to finally get the answer. hopefully this is sufficient.
