Typo3 installation stuck on the db configuration step

Hi guys,

this is to kindly ask your support with the following issue:
I cloned the repository successfully and create the environment.yml file. Than i installed Typo3 for the first installation and launched the docker-compose.
I can display the Typo3 installation page and after the step 1 of the wizard, I can reach the second step in which I am asked to insert the database configuration.

If i insert the wrong credentials, as it is expected, i receive an red error message on top of the page, but if I insert the right credentials and I submit the form, the installation procedure shows me again the database step, asking for the db configuration one more time.

I can connect to MySql using a a MySql Client (i.e. Sequel Pro) db credentials.

Do you have any suggestion?

My setup:

• MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4
• Docker Community Edition Version 18.03.0-ce-mac60 (23751)

Hi! You tried using
user=dev
pw=dev
host=mysql (if not changed in docker-compose file)
db=typo3
?

If yes, how did you installed docker on macOS @danielesalvatore ?
