pyvesync v3.0 changes:

1. More robust logging
2. Add Custom Exceptions
3. Separate strongly typed state object from device
4. Validate device responses with pydantic
5. Asynchronous requests

@bobloadmire Very possibly lots of changes all round in it. This is a spot to test the full HA part of you use HA. home-assistant/core#148239 it can be done either in vs code dev containers. Potentially with copying to custom components and editing manifest to have a version number.

I'll have to dust off those bulbs out of a box. Their cloud connection reliability were so bad I abandoned them and switched to different brands like Govee or Cync. (not great either, but better). I mean they were bad even on the vesync native app, so I can't blame the implementation of the library. They were good when I got then initially, but VeSync servers started to not respond back properly.

I'll try my best and test them again if I find some time during the week, just can't garantee 100%, because free time has been extremely limited.
