This PR adds a CodeQL code scanning workflow to analyze the repository for security vulnerabilities and coding errors. However, the repository is an MkDocs Material documentation/blog site consisting primarily of Markdown files and shell scripts, with no Python source code to analyze.
Key Issue:
- The workflow is configured to scan Python code, but the repository contains no Python source files—only MkDocs configuration and Markdown content

Introduce a CodeQL workflow to analyze the codebase for security vulnerabilities and coding errors on pushes and pull requests to the main branch, as well as on a scheduled basis.
