Version 1.0-5 - Finalized JOSS Paper Version

All edits made under the JOSS peer review process. Minor edits to the .bib file from v1.0-4, to correct malformed fields. Will be the DOI (via Zenodo) referenced by JOSS in perpetuity.

Extensive documentation corrections, some bugs in examples. Refactored some of the norm_ functions. Changed the paper based on jspaez's feedback. Lots of minor tweaks. R CMD check passes with no CRAN-level issues now. Changed version to 1.0-3.
