[1.0.0.42] Placing flat tiles right above the top of a slope causes strange things to happen

It really varies on the situation, but the following have happened to me:

Strange launch angles;
Vertical zipping;
Straight up clipping through walls.

I didn't realize it at the time of writing, but this has the potential to crush the player.
