What changed

• harden retention, adapter upgrade, release audit, Node 22+, and coverage contracts
• synchronize bilingual README and website documentation with version 0.5.6

Why

The repository audit found stale plans and code, drift between CLI/help/docs command surfaces, and release gates that did not cover the full dependency tree or critical source thresholds.

Impact

Public CLI behavior stays compatible while help and bilingual documentation now derive from the same command registry. Release CI covers Node 22 and 24, high/critical dependency vulnerabilities, dist adapters, and coverage floors.
