Keep late turn responses from rewriting the current session or draft. Queue vs interrupt follows composer content. Session retention no longer blocks first paint or a new send. Long session resume reads the archive tail; turn start waits 60s. TUI approval Tab stays in-panel. Gateway 429 honors Retry-After.
