Summary

• Responses hosted web_search_call no longer aborts the turn as a protocol mismatch.
• Dashboard todo/plan stay in the header strip; chat no longer duplicates the workflow panel.
• Settings gear icon is eight-tooth and symmetric.

Validation

• Local public verify:release: 1,358 unit/integration tests passed (TAP plan 1,344 plus nested), 38 browser tests passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped.
• Cross-repository parity: 10 exact paths and 12 reviewed differences.
