Retires the HappyVertical agent-policy lifecycle artifacts from this repository (happyvertical/have-config#758, Phase 5).
.github/workflows/agent-policy.yml. Thelifecyclecheck is no longer required anywhere, and have-config no longer publishes the signed policy artifact it verified.AGENTS.md. Claims are now a plain label plus one comment, not a merge gate; after six review rounds the agent asks the user; the repository chooses its own technology.runtime/artifact_generationkeys from.agents/project.yaml, where present.No application code changes.
