feat: show opportunity overview in application review #256
Description
Replace the visible Packet tab in application detail with a default Opportunity tab showing company, role, location/remote/pay, posting responsibilities/qualifications, and original link. Reuse the existing opportunity modal for the full original posting. Keep packet internal and preserve material review and explicit final submission approval without a hidden packet review blocker. No employer submissions; publish a reviewed ready PR only.

All source CI checks including the timeout retry passed. Same-cycle review coverage CLEAN. Parent LIVE browser QA PASS: Opportunity overview and read-only full posting show correct stored role/company data; Packet hidden. Production workloads/health verified; no approval or submission writes. Qualified extractor, data/config/storage preserved; local QA services remain running.
