Public résumé page is unreadable in dark colour scheme #270
Description
Problem
/people/<handle>/ is unreadable when the browser prefers a dark colour scheme: dark text on a dark background.
Root cause
The shared smrt-svelte ThemeProvider wrapper paints the dark studio surface (#15140f) under a dark scheme, but it does not define the --smrt-color-* tokens on public routes. PublicProfileResume.svelte coloured headings, body text, muted text, rules, and links with those undefined studio tokens and light-theme fallbacks (#172033, #475569, #075985), so every colour collapsed to light-theme ink on the dark wrapper. The standalone HTML document in public-profile-render.ts pinned the same light ink with no dark rule.
Fix
Give the public résumé surface its own --profile-* palette (background, ink, muted ink, rule, accent) on the page root with a prefers-color-scheme: dark set at WCAG AA, honour the persisted html[data-color-scheme] toggle, paint the background from the page's own tokens, and leave admin surfaces untouched.
